These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the commercial relations with our customers for the sales and services presented on our website. Any order implies prior consultation and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are accessible and printable at any time through a direct and permanent link on the website. Our website is based in France, and we aim to spread the Name and heritage of Christ internationally.
It is understood that individuals deemed legally incapable of contracting within the meaning of Articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, including non-emancipated minor children, must obtain the authorization of their legal representative prior to any order. Given the seasonality of our activity, our product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks.
Order
You can place an order on our website by selecting the items of your choice, which you will then add to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. We will acknowledge receipt of your order promptly in the form of an email summarizing your purchases, which will be sent to the email address provided by you during the order confirmation.
In the event that, independently of our will, a chosen item is unavailable, you will be notified promptly. You may then modify your choice if you wish. You can also cancel your order within 12 hours or after receiving your package.
Our Company reserves the right not to fulfill an order in the event of a legitimate reason as defined by regulations (dispute relating to a previous order, abnormal request from the customer).
Prices
Prices are indicated in dollars including all taxes (TTC), excluding the flat-rate participation in order processing fees (except for specific commercial operations) which is charged in addition for delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica). The included VAT is the French VAT in force on the day of the order.
Delivery
For orders placed online, deliveries are made to your address within 6 to 11 working days.
In the case of a shipment outside the European Union, taxes may be charged upon receipt of your package. These taxes, which depend on the country, are at your expense. We cannot inform you of their exact amount.
In the case of delivery to a different address, the invoice will be sent directly to your home. Please carefully check the condition and contents of the package upon receipt. In the event of damage or missing items, we thank you for informing us by contacting our advisors as soon as you become aware of these damages or missing items for prompt processing of your claim, and, if your package has been delivered to you against signature, please formulate, if possible, precise and motivated reservations on the delivery receipt upon receipt of your package.
Any delay or failure to perform the services provided for in these terms will not constitute a fault attributable to our Company to the extent that it can be justified that this delay or failure to perform is attributable either to the consumer, or to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event, or to a force majeure event as defined by regulations, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.
Right of withdrawal / Return conditions / Guarantees
In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to withdraw, regardless of the reason (except for engraved or customized models at your request, and items indicated as “end of series”).
To protect your item during transport, simply place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard packaging (do not use paper envelopes) and send it to:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, while shipping for orders placed is entirely complimentary.
Items returned in new condition and without undergoing any transformation will be exchanged or refunded (except for engraved or customized models upon your request).
Under the legal warranty of conformity, the seller is obligated to deliver a product that conforms to the contract and is responsible for any existing defects at the time of delivery. The seller is also responsible for conformity defects resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation if these were his responsibility under the contract or were carried out under his responsibility (Article L. 211-4 of the Consumer Code).
To be in conformity with the contract, the product must:
- Be suitable for the customary use of a similar product and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model
- present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in light of public statements made by the seller, the producer, or its representative, particularly in advertising or labeling.
- Or have the characteristics agreed upon by the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller’s attention and accepted by the latter (Article L. 211-5 of the Consumer Code).
The legal warranty of conformity is valid for two years from the delivery of the product (Article L.211-12 of the Consumer Code).
Under the legal warranty for hidden defects, the seller is liable for defects in the product that render it unfit for its intended use or that so diminish its use that the buyer would not have acquired it or would have paid a lower price if they had known about them (Article 1641 of the Civil Code). The action resulting from hidden defects must be brought by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect (Article 1648, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code).
